PSPCA has teamed up with Olde Kensington Boutique and Philadelphia Brewing Company to present a festival that celebrates pets. The event will feature a variety of animals available for adoption, and those who adopt will receive free gift baskets filled with products from the vendors. There will be over 20 local pet vendors with hand-made products for your furry friends, as well as pet-themed games. The festival will also have a musical performance by Kitty Rotten from 1:30-3 pm, followed by a costumed parade through the nearby neighborhood starting at 4 pm.
