Marvel Studios' Black Panther

Conducted by Damon Gupton, and featuring Massamba Diop on the talking drum, this event showcases Ludwig Göransson's Oscar-winning score for the 2018 film "Black Panther". The film tells the story of the eponymous superhero and his fight to save the fictional African nation of Wakanda from a powerful enemy. The Orchestra's performance will bring the score to life, as the audience enjoys the film's action and cultural significance. A portion of the ticket proceeds will go to United Negro College Fund Philadelphia.
