Join us for at Independence Library on Friday, February 23rd, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. Join Ms. Chen for stories, songs, rhymes, and bounces! Bubbles will end storytime, followed by our playgroup. This program is designed for babies and toddlers with their caregivers, and siblings are welcome to join. Read, Baby, Read is made possible by a generous grant from The William Penn Foundation.
